Vado HD will be at Las Vegas this thursday to Capture the Action of the Transworld Motocross Awards.

Vado HD has a lot of appeal to us every-day folk: we take it to events, we film our family get-togethers, we film concerts, to name a few. Then there are those who race a motorcycle at maddening speeds through mud and up embankments propelling themselves into head-over-feet flips. Well, Vado HD has been great for those people as well. In fact, our friends over at Transworld use Vados for just about everything. Seems the small pocket camera, with it’s wide angle lens and high-quality video is just the thing these extreme sports riders have been looking for.

Transworld is holding it’s first annual Motocross Awards tomorrow, October 8th, at The Joint in Hard Rock Hotel, Las Vegas. Vado HD will be there to not only capture the event, but help those attending capture it as well. If you’re at the show, we’ll let you check out one of our 1st Generation Vado HD pocket cams so you can go experience what makes these handhelds so enticing. Afterwards, we’ll collect our footage and post videos for the rest of the world to see. If you can come, great! Tickets are available at the event. I will be tweeting from the red carpet, posting videos afterwards, and filling you in, right here, on the MyVado blog. Luckily though, I won’t be doing any Motocross stunts, although that might make for a great video. The last handle-bars I flipped over were as a kid, and that wasn’t all-too-graceful or intended.
